Issue with nixpkgs-review not seeing github token

I’ve just tried nixpkgs-review on a new machine and keep running into “no oauth token found for github.com” + rate limit 403. But… I’ve got the access-tokens configured with a fresh token and appearing on nix config show. It’s also ignored when passed through --token. Am I missing something trivial here? This should just work, right?
