After a TrueNAS ISO reinstall — the two things that broke that no one warned me about

A fresh ISO reinstall fixed the service layer — then Windows stopped authenticating anyway. The SID mismatch that made correct credentials fail, the missing default ACL entries that blocked recursive repair, and the fix sequence that got SMB back to where it was before any of it broke.
