Report: Volare Captain Said Boat Was on Autopilot When It Capsized, Admitted Having Shot of Whisky Hours Earlier

It may or may not prove consequential for the investigation into the sinking of the Volare in San Francisco Bay last month, which took the lives of four passengers, but a police report suggests that the captain had the boat on autopilot at the time that it sank.
