Woman Struck In East Oakland Crosswalk By 7-Year-Old Driving Car With 4-Year-Old Passenger

A young boy who took the keys to his parents' car reportedly struck a woman in a crosswalk in East Oakland who suffered life-threatening injuries, and he and his four-year-old brother, who was a passenger in the car, were also injured.
