[ANN] JulIDE plugin registry

Hello! i am excited to announce the official JulIDE plugin registry! there, you will be able to submit your own custom plugins for JulIDE, weather its for a package you like, a theme or just for fun, its welcome in the registry. i originally attempted the crates.io model for the registry, but that didn’t work out, so instead its a github repo similar to the general registry of Julia.
