Review process for data corruption issue, process?

hey everyone, i have a pr fix for silent data corruption optimization—-Inductor: freeze layout before noncontiguous reshape view by cartazio · Pull Request #192575 · pytorch/pytorch · GitHub that has a much reduced minimal repro and a fortunately very simple fix. i definitely didnt open a ticket but its quite the silent data corruption via optimizer bug. how can i help get it get landed in main? thx
