A Bunch of People Had Their Phones Stolen at Outside Lands and They Ended Up In LA

There was a spate of cellphone thefts at this year's Outside Lands, as there probably have been at multiple years' editions of the festival. But maybe the SFPD will investigate this time as it looks like an organized crime ring.
