Suspect In Max Maltzman Murder Will Be Tried as an Adult, Judge Rules

The juvenile court judge has ruled, and the now 21-year-old man who is believed to have killed 18-year-old Max Maltzman in an abandoned Hunters Point warehouse three years ago will be tried in adult court, pending an appeal by his attorney.
