[ANN] hedis-0.16.3 — a redis client

I’m happy to announce new release of hedis library: This release includes: Full API support for the functions up to Redis 8.8 Redis extensions like JSON, TDigest, TopK. A fix to a regression that appeared in 0.16.0 (because of switching to resource-pool 0.5.x, because of that connections could end up non-closed.
