Compose Multiplateform - BLE : Fail to detect BLE advertising frames on Android 16

Good afternoon, I am writing a BLE scanner using compose multiplateform Kaable library. I have equipement that advertise an IBeacon format frame and if the scanner is active, these devices send a scanresponse frame. The advertising frame contains an IBeacon UUID, a major, a minor. And the scan response frame contains the BLE name and a service UUID. Using this library I manage to detect the devices on Android9.
