PostHog Capture Treats an Epoch Timestamp as Ingestion Time

PostHog's capture API documents timestamp as ISO 8601. A Unix epoch number is accepted, then ignored, so a backfill looks like it happened just now. distinct_id is required on every event, including each row in a batch.
