Same page at forkfarm.cc/owner/repo [http://forkfarm.cc/owner/repo] — product is called ForkFarm; the memorable bit is the gg prefix. What makes it useful beyond the ranking: each page is a place to comment and have an open conversation about that repo / its forks — e.g. “this fork has a known vuln”, “we forked this and shipped X”, “use this one if you need Y”.
