Is it possible to avoid the `TiddlyWikiModule` prefix when using `include("tiddlywiki.jl")` in Pluto notebooks?

Is it possible to avoid the TiddlyWikiModule prefix when using include("tiddlywiki.jl") in Pluto notebooks? Currently, I have to call functions using TiddlyWikiModule.something(). I would like to know if I can make them available directly as something() after including tiddlywiki.jl. What would be the recommended way to do this in Julia?
