Training Data for Multi-Label Classification

Hello! I am working on a model to label frequency and time domain data for Insertion Loss, Return Loss, Phase, and TDR. I need the model to take in this data and determine if it passes or fails, what the failure mode was (IL, RL, TDR, PL) and which channel failed. I understand for the most part this can be done without a model but it’s meant to be a proof of concept for now. In any case, how am I meant to label the training data?
