Python vulnerabilities document is ready for IS/IEC review

I convene ISO/IEC/JTC 1/SC 22/WG 23 Programming Language Vulnerabilities working group. He have, and are producing a set of documents that detail programming language vulnerabilities in general and in specific languages. The second edition of our document (ISO IEC 24772), published in 2012 had an Annex for Python.
