Owner of Bayview Affordable Housing Complex Agrees to $9 Million Settlement Over Violations

A St. Louis-based developer has agreed to pay $9 million settlement to the city of SF over numerous health and safety violations at its property, Alice Griffith Apartments, a 337-unit affordable housing complex in Bayview.
