The Known-Good Sample Was Not Known-Good

I derived a threshold from measurement instead of guessing, and the measurement was clean — zero overlap, a 33x gap between the two clusters. It was also wrong, because the sample I had labelled "known good" was one of the bad ones. The failure band I most needed to catch turned out to sit below the line I drew.
