Speech Rate Cannot Be Changed After Training — Parameters Are Accepted but Ignored

The speech rate and intonation habits of voice models are embedded in the corpus and cannot be altered by synthesis parameters. The practical observation that speech rate parameters were ignored in implementation, and the design decision to define 14 types of 'speech styles' for different use cases and finalize them during production.
