Julia 1.12.7 osx-64 builds now available on conda-forge

The conda-forge osx-64 Julia builds stopped working around the beginning of 2026 with the last build being Julia 1.12.2 on December 12th, 2025. The conda-forge builds are (mostly) built from source. I was able to resolve the build issues with the help of Claude via PR 309. Julia 1.12.7 osx-64 builds as well as Julia 1.12.7 linux-64 builds are now available from conda-forge.
