Pluto installation fails

Installing pluto faills. I just installed julia Version 1.12.7 (2026-08-15), on Linux antarctic 6.12.101+deb13-amd64 #1 SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Debian 6.12.101-1 (2026-08-05) x86_64 GNU/Linux. That works fine.
