Where on here do I go to find rust architects or principal co-founders

Trying not to be rude and post everywhere. Where on here can I post that I am looking for rust principals and architect to help validate a thesis and the soundness of my approach (high-level) using rust? They become co-founders and will get equity in it. Thanks!
