Twelve Green CI Legs, One Dead SSE Server

On 2026-08-04 I shipped three releases of yantrikdb-mcp inside eleven and a half hours - a defensive dependency pin at 04:08, real support for both mcp SDK majors at 10:39, and at 15:42 a fix for the regression the middle one introduced. Twelve green CI legs and 214 passing tests per SDK line had nothing to say about it, because every e2e case drove stdio.
