Who needs a yacht when you have a $17M waterfront home? Not the Belvedere buyer who bypassed the auction block and went straight to the seller, picking up the property for close to $17 million. He decided to pass on the 51-foot yacht and boat slip at Pier 39 in Fisherman’s Wharf, which had also been offered as part of the sale.
