Amber Alert Issued For Monterey Teenager Suspected in Infant's Death

The California Highway Patrol has issued an Amber Alert for the teenage girl authorities believe gave birth to an infant who was found dead on the side of the road in Monterey Bay's Moss Landing last month. The missing teen's father is alleged to be the baby's father.
