Vicious Dog Attack In SF’s Tenderloin Leaves Woman With Traumatic Injuries

Witnesses say a woman was dragged in the street by a large unleashed dog in SF’s Tenderloin neighborhood Tuesday morning, and she was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
