Missing debug version binaries

Hello everyone, it seems that the debug version of pre-compiled binaries are missing from the download page? (https://pytorch.org/get-started/locally/). I am upgrading the libtorch version on my project and I am pretty sure that I downloaded the current version debug binaries that I am using from the very same page. Thanks!
