JuliaCon '26 video time stamps

Hi, catching up with the Juliacon '26 videos - so many amazing talks from diverse fields, really enjoy watching them. What’s up with the time stamps though? The videos are up to 10hrs, makes finding the talk you’re looking for hard. The description asks users to provide time stamps and links to this repo with >10 open PRs, it seems to be unmaintained. Is there a way to provide time stamp captions?
