'That,' 'this page,' and 'that one' are different: 1 win and 3 losses by treating pronouns uniformly

When asked to 'tell me more about that' in voice dialogue, I added the previous utterance to the search query. Testing showed performance worsened in 3 out of 4 cases. The distinction between deictic and contextual references was the turning point in the design.
