ICE observer sues after being handcuffed in San Jose

It never crossed former San Jose resident Yesenia Campos’ mind she would be detained by federal immigration agents for observing activity from a distance. The ensuing altercation she had with an agent as she recorded video triggered past trauma, according to her lawsuit filed Sept. 14 at the Federal District Court for the Northern District of California.
