[ANN] ReactantNitro.jl: Reactant-first training framework

I’m excited to finally release ReactantNitro.jl; a Reactant-first training framework inspired by PyTorch Lightning, but specifically designed around making working with Reactant.jl easy while still allowing for a large amount of flexibility without sacrificing performance.
