Late-Night Shooting In West Oakland Injures One as Bullets Hit Nearby Preschool

A 15-year-old boy was wounded in an exchange of gunfire involving occupants of several vehicles and security guards at a West Oakland public housing complex early Monday, with stray bullets hitting a nearby preschool.
