Was there an outage today?

About two to three hours ago, I could not reach this instance from multiple devices and Cloudflare said it was a server issue. I looked at the Programming dev Mastodon and did not see any announcement about an upcoming outage or information about a current one. I just wanted to see if there was a reason for a seemingly unplanned and unannounced outage.
