Nixpkgs Dockertools Running desktop enviornments

Hi everyone, I’m trying to learn some nix and nixpkgs. My current task ins to create a Games-on-Whales application image. I started out by just translating what some of the dockerfiles were doing and then copying that into a nix file and fixing what was “broken”. I think I hit a wall where dockertools only focuses on small applications with few dependencies.
