Now an elder statesman, former Gov. Gray Davis surveys his career in a major Berkeley project

After 17 lengthy recording sessions and more than a decade of review and revision, Davis and the Oral History Center at Bancroft Library are releasing their monumental history of a career that help shape modern California.
