Rust lottery app on Terminal

I am from Bangladesh ,Rust is basically non-existent here. And my environment is Termux on my phone. I have written this lottery app code,I will be glad if someone reviews it. It takes names from user,saves it,then picks up random names as lotteries,the user can also delete names.
