Two URLs answered our Stripe webhook, and which one ran was a setting in somebody else's dashboard

The same events were handled at /webhook/stripe and /api/webhook/stripe by two implementations that had drifted. The fix was not a deletion, and re-exporting the handler does not carry the route segment config with it.
