A failed SQLite integrity check on Windows that reported itself as a POSIX lock conflict

A yantrikdb 0.23.1 bug on Windows hid a failed integrity check behind an error about POSIX locks, and testing the v0.23.2 fix turned up a second bug that explained the rest of the report.
