[Accepted] SE-0553: Task Identity

Hi everyone. The review of SE-0553, Task Identity, ran from September 23 through October 7, 2026, and the Language Steering Group has decided to accept this proposal. We agree with the authors that lightweight instrumentation is a compelling reason to expose a process-unique task identifier.
