1,082 tests across six workspaces, no test framework installed, and four different ways of invoking the same runner

Munchable runs node --test everywhere. Three workspaces use it bare, one adds a flag it no longer needs, and two load tsx. The thing that decides which is whether a file imports '../engine.ts' or '../engine'.
