150 file tools, zero uploads: running ffmpeg, OCR and PDF editing in the browser

What we learned building a file-tools site with no backend: lazy-loading a 31 MB WebAssembly core, hitting an exact file size with canvas, encrypting PDFs with qpdf in a worker, and the limits we ran into.
