22 lines of ULID, and the three different jobs we were asking one id to do

We generate our own ULIDs instead of installing the package: 10 characters of millisecond timestamp, 16 of Crockford base32 randomness. The interesting part is what the id is not allowed to be, and why a byte modulo 32 is unbiased while a byte modulo 62 is not.
