PyPI organization application process - transparency, guidelines, etc

It’s to ask for guidelines regarding PyPI organization application process, expectations, etc. For instance I recently applied for a PyPI organization “sagemath”, on behalf of our Sage Mathematical Software System · GitHub GitHub org, which about 20 PyPI packages to maintain a.t.m., and plans t have more. It was “not approved”, whatever it means. (Does it mean “rejected”? If so, why such a vague language?) During the application process, the 1st feedback was not to me, but to another maintaine...
