Created first package for Aillio RoasTime Appimage software

Just started using NixOS in the past couple of weeks. I acquired a new ThinkPad T14 Gen 7 just for this OS. I managed to figure out how to install an Appimage of Aillio's RoasTime software used in roasting coffee. I roasted this past weekend, it worked flawlessly.
