`cabal-install` 3.18.2.0 (and related libraries) released

The Cabal team is happy to announce the release of cabal-install 3.18.2.0 and its related libraries. What is new This is a point release, which fixes several bugs in 3.18.1.0, notably: cabal-install properly cleans temporary files in /tmp/.
