Opinion: Vote Yes on Measure RTM to avoid dramatic cuts to BART and AC Transit in Berkeley

Measure RTM is needed to keep the Bay Area moving. If it fails to pass, BART could go into a tailspin and AC Transit would see severe service cuts.
