Archiving doc and doc-sig mailing lists?

Hi, Like the translation mailing list has been archived I propose archiving docs@ and doc-sig@ in favor of this discourse category. On doc-sig@, since 2022, we’ve seen only 4 emails, moderating it got very boring as there’s only spam. On docs@ there’s still like 10 mails per year, I think messages would have more visibility here.
