Green tests, open doors: the second test suite for agent-written code

Six frontier agents passed 73-91% of functional tasks on a benchmark built from real vulnerabilities. Only 16-25% of that code was also secure. The failure is omission, not error. Here are three attack tests that catch it, and the one sentence that helps.
