Our second process carries its own copy of the schema: nine of twelve tables, five of them ever queried, and not one write

The WebSocket half of our quiz app cannot import from the Next.js half, so the Drizzle schema is duplicated. Which tables got copied, which did not, and why a process with full database credentials still sends every state change back over HTTP.
