[Pitch] Add `ends(with:)` support in `#Predicate`

Add ends(with:) support in #Predicate Proposal: SF-NNNN Author: Mateus Rodrigues Introduction Predicate supports a fixed set of sequence and string operations through #Predicate, which includes starts(with:) but not its counterpart, ends(with:).
