Planned Downtime for our GitHub bots

At the Python Core Sprint. I am planning to migrate our GitHub bots (bedevere, miss-islington, blurb-it) from deployment in Heroku into PSF’s Cabotage. There will be a downtime while this is happening, and the bots will misbehave. Please be aware of this, and perhaps you can try to work around it. Thank you for understanding. The downtime is planned between 11 AM - 12 noon PST (Tuesday Oct 20).
